It is a new world we find ourselves in. There has been six waves of the virus and there is no real end in sight.
We had to sell some vehicles and tighten up the ship after 18 months of being closed and a rough restart. We then accepted a 5-year contract with Myra Falls Mine, providing them with employee transportation.
This is taking up a great deal of our existing resources and drivers. While drivers are still very hard to come by, we are slowly accepting some new drivers. At this point, we are unable to accept any smaller groups (25 and under), weddings, parties or tours of any kind.
We will still try to accommodate schools, cadets and larger groups (25 plus).
We hope to purchase some additional smaller vehicles in the near future, and be available for the smaller group trips.

We charge 1/2 hour for pre/post-trip, $30.00 cleaning fee, 10% gratuity and 5% GST. Evening charters are a minimum of 3 hours.
Charges are calculated from the time we leave our yard in Courtenay till we return to the yard.
We will require payment in advance to secure your charter/booking. Any balance is due within 5 days following booking. Should you or Comox Coach need to cancel this booking due to Covid reasons only; your advance payment will be immediately refunded.
There is absolutely no consumption of alcohol in any Comox Coach vehicles. There is also a $200 additional cleaning fee if there is a mess due to body fluids. Any damage to our vehicles caused by clients or their guests will be charged to the client.
